Creative Freedom: From Perfect to Play

A 3-Session Creative Workshop for Women Who Want to Create More Freely

What if creativity didn't have to be perfect?

Creative Freedom: From Perfect to Play is a unique creative experience designed to help you step away from overthinking, self-criticism, and perfectionism and reconnect with the joy of creating.

Through three guided sessions, you'll explore simple yet powerful right-brain creative exercises using shapes, colours, marks, patterns, and intuitive play. The focus isn't on creating a perfect piece of art—it's about learning to relax, trust the process, and enjoy the experience of creating.

As we work together, you'll discover how creativity can help quiet the inner critic, reduce stress, encourage mindfulness, and open the door to fresh ideas and self-expression.

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced creatives who want to loosen up, experiment, and rediscover the freedom that comes from creating without pressure.
